**1. Definitions**

* **Platform**: A digital algorithm design system provided under the domain name myalgotic.com.
* **User**: Any real person who registers on the platform or benefits from its services in any way.
* **Algorithm**: An automatic trading scenario created by the user using a drag-and-drop method on the platform.
* **API Key**: Access data defined by the user to connect their cryptocurrency exchange account.
* **Virtual Wallet Balance**: A digital point balance that users own to use in-system services, which cannot be converted into real currency.

**2. Registration and Account Usage**

* Only individuals over the age of 18 may use the platform.
* The user agrees that all information provided during registration is accurate.
* Each account is personal and cannot be transferred to others.
* The user is solely responsible for their account security.

**3. Description of Services**

* The platform enables users to create algorithms that run on their own computers.
* The server is only responsible for algorithm verification, authorization, and credit checking.
* The platform does not provide investment advice.

**4. Intellectual Property, Storage and Usage Rights**

* Intellectual property of the algorithms created by the user belongs to the user.
* All algorithms, whether shared or not, may be stored in the platform database.
* When a user shares their algorithm, they irrevocably and indefinitely transfer the rights to publish, use, delete, and modify it on the platform to MYALGOTIC.
* MYALGOTIC reserves the right to remove, delete, or change any algorithm—shared or not—at any time.
* The decision to grant commission payments and determine the amount is entirely at the discretion of MYALGOTIC.

**5. Data and Privacy**

* API keys defined by users are not stored on the server.
* Login times, IP addresses, and browser data may be recorded anonymously for system improvement.

**6. Credit and Pricing**

* All services on the platform are used via the virtual wallet balance.
* This balance can be topped up using real payments, but cannot be withdrawn or refunded as real money.
* Purchased credits are exclusively designed for internal platform services.

**7. Prohibited Uses**

* The platform may not be used for illegal activities, fraud, harm to third parties, spam, etc.

**8. Disclaimer**

* The user accepts all risks that may arise from creating and executing algorithms.
* The platform cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from the outcome of algorithms.

**9. Shared Algorithms and Commission System**

* The user may choose to share their algorithm with others.
* Shared algorithms may be downloaded and used by other users.
* As a result of the use of shared algorithms, a commission may be added to the algorithm owner's **virtual wallet balance**.
* The application or non-application of commissions is entirely at the discretion of MYALGOTIC.

**10. Performance Data and Publication of Usernames**

* The performance data of all algorithms—shared or not—may be published publicly on the platform.
* These performance details include the username of the user who created the algorithm.
* By creating an algorithm, the user accepts that this data may be published.

**11. Service Termination and Modifications**

* MYALGOTIC may terminate or update the system at any time for technical reasons.
* The Terms of Use may be unilaterally changed at any time. Changes take effect as of their publication date.

**12. Enforcement**

* These Terms are effective as of May 29, 2025.
* Any person using the platform is deemed to have accepted these terms.
